Since we’ve all been working from home and adjusting to this new way of life – this is reflected on our bodies and most noticeably our neck and shoulders.

Fortunately, Victory Offices is delighted to host Yoga Teacher Leisa Briggs on our virtual stage for a 45-minute morning yoga session focusing specifically on neck and shoulder tension. Leisa will also be answering any questions you may have at the end.

WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR?:

Anyone from beginners to advanced.

WHAT TO BRING & WEAR:

  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Bring a yoga mat or towel
  • Bring a sweat towel
  • Have a bottle or glass of water available

I can remember sitting down on my yoga mat for my yoga teacher training and almost in tears with excitement. The joy that yoga brings into my life is constantly expanding and changing me for the better.
